Have you always felt like you would like to do something great for someone else, but haven't really had an opening to begin? Maybe you simply just wouldn't know where to start. You haven't got time for complications, bureaucracy or reasons why you should focus on one area above another. That's ok - it's quite normal, and most people feel the same way. In many parts of the world today there are lonely people, and very often you will find that these people are sometime closer than you think - a neighbour, a family member or a friend who you haven't connected with for a while. Lonely people can often be found closer than you think! Try applying small acts of kindness where you are right now. Call a relative or a friend, get an extra coffee from the shop and give it to someone who might need it as you pass them; or simply drop a small gift into a neighbour who you think might need an act of kindness.
